how much weight would i lose if i did this?
i going to try to eat fruits, veggies, 1 cup of coffee, and milk. i'm 14, weigh 183 lbs, height 5'4. i'm going to be running every other day for exercise and yoga too. i am going to eat a verity of fruit and veggies too. But how much weight can i lose in 2-7 months by doing this?

it is just 11 pounds in a month then 4 months just 10 pounds in all is 51 pounds that is a healthy weight for me because, i'm 14, a girl, weigh in at 171.8, my height is 5'3.5, and i have type 1 diabetes. i will only eat breakfast and lunch. the exercises i do are running and yoga, and i know that i'm going to gain muscle, but i did this and gained 5 pounds and freaked out(not kidding) and just stopped. know i know that i will gain muscle but it will make my thighs and my stomach smaller. And when i do reach my goal i will only need to lose 10-30 more pounds, and i do on;y drink water and green tea.

the only way for me too lose thighs fat is to gain muscle mass my exercise i'm going to be doing is running, because i gained 5 pounds of muscle by doing this in only 3 weeks

I WILL do any work IF it's free, and i am going to eat healthy all the time cause i'm not going to have a cheat day, and i gain weight if i eat ANYTHING unhealthy. i don't drink soda at all just water and diet green tea. i can jump rope, walk, soccer, sit ups, crunches, jumping jacks, and some other things i probably have not named. i do count my calories on the computer with this website called loseit.com and in a notebook, just in case the computer wrong or power. my total weight loss is 51 pounds to be 120 at a healthy weight for my height and age, and it would be good for my diabetes. and just answer my question cause i got off topic :( hate when i do that!!!

i'm 14, a girl, my height is 5'3, weight is 172.2 and i did lose 4.6 pounds in 2 weeks, plus i have type 1 diabetes. if i eat 900 calories or over my stomach starts to hurt and i won't eat anymore for that day. i think i/my body has gotten so used to eating that much that it will come to a point that my stomach will hurt or i could throw up. i am trying to lose weight but not like this ;'( and i don't really eat any lunch at school, but if i do then it's probably carrots with ranch. please someone tell me why this happened to me! my life is already bad with my diabetes!!!

i'm 14, a girl, height is 5'3.5, my weight is 178, and i have type 1 diabetes. one of the things of having type 1 is that you can have blindness, and i already have glasses and i'v had type 1 for 12 years in April and i was 2 1/2 when i was diagnosed with it, but can i/people fix their eyes without surgery or laser surgery?
