why have i eaten so very little to day?

i have only had 550 calories and it feels like i have had more than that, but why!!! and i am 14, my height is 5'3.5, a girl, my weight is 171.6, and i am trying to lose weight because i need to but my calories are so low!!!

    theres an app called my fitness pal and its free and it has been very helpful to me with my weight jorney. What you do is type in your gender, age, height weight, amount of excersise you do and your goal weight and its calculates how much calories you should eat in a day to stay eating a healthy anount of calories but still lose weight. after, everytime you eat something it you add it to your meal diary (it has a huge selection of foods and companys) and it will add up how much calories you had. its very useful for keeping track of how much you ate.

    Well a good thing to do every morning when you wake up or just every morning drink water it boosts your motabalism and keeps your blood flowing for a healthier day

    maybe try doing push ups sit ups or just walking.

    if you really want to loose weight try asking your doctor or checking websites for different ideas hope this helps!

    Are you sure you only ate that much? Many people underestimate how much they eat, portion wise, so they eat more than they realize.

    You ate so very little because you are trying to lose weight. And need I remind you, you need to lose weight because "you need to."
