is weight watchers a good website to lose weight on?

just need to lose a lot of weight and have been seeing tons of commercials for it, and really wanted to see if it does work

    i'd say it's a pretty good program, but there are probably better ones.

    I haven't used the program, but I've heard mixed reviews on it.
