how to lose 51 pounds in 5 months?

it is just 11 pounds in a month then 4 months just 10 pounds in all is 51 pounds that is a healthy weight for me because, i'm 14, a girl, weigh in at 171.8, my height is 5'3.5, and i have type 1 diabetes. i will only eat breakfast and lunch. the exercises i do are running and yoga, and i know that i'm going to gain muscle, but i did this and gained 5 pounds and freaked out(not kidding) and just stopped. know i know that i will gain muscle but it will make my thighs and my stomach smaller. And when i do reach my goal i will only need to lose 10-30 more pounds, and i do on;y drink water and green tea.

High blood levels of glucose can cause several problems, including frequent urination, excessive thirst, hunger, fatigue, weight loss, and blurry vision. However, because type 2 diabetes develops slowly, some people with high blood sugar experience no symptoms at all. How to treat diabetes naturally https://tr.im/AFrTN

    Symptoms of type 1 diabetes:

    Increased thirst

    Increased urination

Weight loss in spite of increased appetite

    Fatigue

    Nausea

    Vomiting

Patients with type 1 diabetes usually develop symptoms over a short period of time, and the condition is often diagnosed in an emergency setting.

    Symptoms of type 2 diabetes:

    Increased thirst

    Increased urination

    Increased appetite

    Fatigue

    Blurred vision

    Slow-healing infections

    Impotence in men

If you think you have diabetes i think you should have a checkup and speak with your doctor just in case.

My next door neighbor's daughter has type 1 diabetes. She changed her diet to a low carb high fat diet and has had to reduce her insulin.
