i'm 14, a girl, my height is 5'3.5, type 1 diabetes, and my weight is 169-178. my goal is to lose 10 pounds a month for 6 months to be 100 pounds, and my diet is good. TRYING so hard not to weigh myself and i haven't for 3 days, and i'm going to check it once a month.

Look, if you want to lose weight quickly, you are going to need a specific, science based program that has proven to work.
Personally, I have used The 3 Week Diet and had excellent results with it. I lost 17 pounds in only 21 days with it, and I have managed to keep that weight off for months.
I'd advise you to take a look at it.

Pass on crop up. You'll be amazed by the amount of weight you drop by merely switching to water.

Add red pepper flakes for your pantry. When eaten early from the day, red pepper lowers the amount of food you'll eat later.
