could i loss 1650 calories a day and 15 pounds a month if i do this?
could i lose that if i:
walked for 1 hour everyday
leg lifts 15 minutes
jumping jacks 15 minutes
squats 10 minutes
crunches 20-30 minutes
i'm 14, a girl, my weight is 174, type 1 diabetes, and my height is 5'3.5. going to lose 30 pounds or so by April 10 and i am going to eat A LOT A LOT A LOT A LOT OF VEGGIES AND FRUIT!!!!!! starting tomorrow, but could i lose 3.3 pounds a week and burn 1650 calories a day if i do this( i'm eat about 800-1400 calories a day) thanks for answering :D

With your height and weight your body burns about 1640 calories everyday if you do absolutely nothing but lay in bed. 800 calories a day is not enough. I would say 1200 is a good number to focus on. That would be about 440 calories burned a day plus all the daily activities like walking to class and such. I really encourage you to stick with that exercise routine too! If you do it seems very possible for you to lose 12-15 pounds in a month! Good Luck!

No way...
1650 calories would be the equivalent of running something like 15 miles for you.
That being said, the deficit is way too high to be considerate healthy and at 13, you should eat 1,800 cals +++ to avoid stunning your growth.
