how much weight would i lose if i did this?
i going to try to eat fruits, veggies, 1 cup of coffee, and milk. i'm 14, weigh 183 lbs, height 5'4. i'm going to be running every other day for exercise and yoga too. i am going to eat a verity of fruit and veggies too. But how much weight can i lose in 2-7 months by doing this?

ok you should start with your diet in windows8 in the store are apps they are FREE will help you with what you need vitamins and minerals there are also exercises to work different areas of your body depending on what you want to reshape running can be done everyday but you should keep it to 5 or 6 days but your way is ok but you loose more 5 or 6 the exercises you pick say you want to do 5 exercises a day pick ten try 5 next time try the other 5 than mix and match if you do the same 5 all the time you will stop loosing running does not change but if it is your birthday a running day rest that day some times to win you gotta take it slow or take a brake at your age most important thing is ENJOY WHAT YOU DO you need exercise to be healthy loosing wait is a side effect of getting healthy you can do it your way but the days you run get back relax the next day exercise both together is better but one on odd the other on even is ok but the first week try to run 5 or 6 days hope this helps you when you get to the wait area say 150 lbs slow down never stop cut back after you start you will feel great

It's hard to tell. Because its totally depends on your body health and then the others like foods and exercise.
