what would happen if i starve myself for 2 days and how much weight could i lose?
i really don't care if it's going to hurt me >:( and i'm 14, a girl, my weight is 172-178, and my height is 5'3.5. i will starve myself til Sunday at 2 o'clock and drink a lot of water like 10-15 glasses
could i lose like 5-15 pounds in the process?
i haven't drank any soda for 2-3 months

Starving yourself temporarily can have the reverse effect, you should know that. A much better idea is to simply cut back on your portions. I eat several small meals a day, about 4 or 5 usually. Cutting soda out of your diet will also help a lot.

You wouldn't lose much. I've fasted for 10 days on the orders of my doctor to help with gastrointestinal problems. I lost about 12lbs, but once I started to eat again the lbs packed on like crazy. I went from 104 to 92, and I gained 20lbs with my weight reaching 112. It messed up my metabolism and it took about a month and a half for in to go back to normal. I also got really ad diarrhea when started eating again. My doctor said it was because my body had gotten used to not digesting anything. I wasn't really upset though with the weight gain because my doctor told me it would happen. I'm not weight conscious or anything. The first few days would be just water and waste weight you lose, so probably about 2-5 lbs, which will not be noticeable. I wouldn't recommend you do this though. It is painful. The hunger pains hurt really bad. My head was hurting so bad I thought it would explode, and the first 4 days I hard time concentrating because I wanted to eat. I didn't watch television at all because I didn't want to see a pizza hut commercial and go and eat. You'll have no energy either. I was on a juice diet. My mom went out and bought me a juicer and a lot of fruit. It did help my gastrointestinal problems though. It was hell, but it helped. But in your case, you're doing this to look good and feel good about yourself. It's stupid! An easting disorder is not something you want to have. If you want to lose weight then do it the right way. Get off your butt and eat healthy and exercise.

You would probably lose a good 5-10 pounds but most of that would be due to water and waste weight. One you go back to eating you will gain it all back. If you want to lose actual fat weight you need to focus on real foods and reduce calories. If your pretty inactive am for around 1500 calories. If you do any sort of activity aim for around 1800.

don't starve yourself have a good died and sport your breakfast is the most important thing of the day get some bread and put some heallty food on it and eat it it will fill you i tell you do it in steps not eat a lot than nothing at all (in steps). but do not not eat anything your body need a lot of stuff.
