how to lose thigh fat AND NOT GAIN ANY MUSCLE!!!?
most of my weight is in my thighs, stomach, and back(not really my back but there is fat there) i am going to eat healthy cause i just bought a lot of fruits and veggies, and i exercise too. i am 14, a girl, my height is 5'3.5, type i diabetes, and my weight is 169-170.

you better take some kind of elemental exercise . do more jumping and 3-5 minute running every session you do.. fruit and veggies will help you :)

Start walking. Start with 10-15 minutes twice a day and then gradually increase your distance and time (and cut it down to once a day if that's all you can manage). If you can walk three miles a day, you'll be getting your heart rate up, boosting your metabolism and strengthening your leg muscles. You'll notice that your calves are firming up and you'll start losing that weight, too.

sounds like you need just yoga, an doing more running.. 3-4x a week running
