I know it's too soon to worry about this, but given the circumstances it's driving me nuts. My due date is July 15th and my husband is scheduled to deploy to Afghanistan for a year on August 2nd. If for some reason our baby is late and I miss my due date, would the doctors possibly be willing to induce me? My husband really wants to meet our daughter before he goes away for a year!

I am 16 weeks 5 days pregnant with my first. I was very active prior to my pregnancy in both cardio and weight training, but I am afraid I let my nerves and a threatened miscarriage get the best of me in my first trimester and have not worked out since I was 6 weeks pregnant.

What are pregnancy safe exercises that I can do to stay fit and somewhat tone?

We just found out that we are 5 weeks and 1 day pregnant (have had 1 previous miscarriage) and I feel like I am bombarding my doctor with questions because I am afraid of having another miscarriage.

Is Cinnamon okay to have in small ammounts and are bumpy car rides really that dangerous at this stage? I am just asking because we live in the country and gravel roads and stuff can be a little rough...thanks so much for any advice!

My period isn't due for a couple days yet, but by temp has stayed slightly elevated, breasts are sore, I've been extremeley tired, hungry and have had some strange cramping. Are these the signs of early pregnancy? Besides the obvious test (I am waiting to take), How did you know you were preggers?

Still trying to get pregnant and I guess I am confused about the whole timing bit since ovulation is different for everyone, does any one have any suggestions? My period was 14 days ago today, we had sex today, and two days ago because I read that it's a good idea to try and have sex prior to ovulation?

Last day if my period was April 27th, had unprotected sex May 7, 8, 9, and 10th. Are the chances of conception good?

My friend was involved in an accident last month. She suffered a foot injury when her ex bf ran her foot over. He was issued a careless driving ticket since it couldn't be proven whether or not it was intentional. 3 weeks later he was issued a DUI. His court dates for the two tickets have been combined and my friend was advised to write a letter to the judge to state why she think's his careless driving ticket should not be dropped. Currently, she is still under doctor's care for her foot and her insurance claim against him is still open.

I guess what I am wondering is, what should she say in her letter to the judge, without sounding accusatory?

I am just asking this because I am concerned about my friend, that doesn't mean I agree with her views so please be kind.

I have a friend, she is 20, around 8 weeks pregnant. She has had continuous bleeding for 3 weeks, but her doctors have determined she and the baby are fine. She has decided to terminate her pregnancy within the next few days, but she wanted her bleeding to stop until she terminated it...she explained to her OB that she was getting an abortion and they gave her birth control to stop the bleeding...is that a normal thing for a doctor to do? Even though she is terminating the pregnancy, should they have given her these pills?

How soon after conception did morning sickness begin for you??? When did morning sickness end for you??? Was it just in the mornings or 24/7? I'm not very far along but from 4:00am til about noon I am absolutley miserable.......just wondering what I am in for.

On Monday, July 30, my friend was assaulted by her exboyfriend, she was so shaken up that she didn't leave the house for a couple days, but finally on Thursday night I got her to report it to the police....he hasn't been arrested and in the news paper it said that the case was "Documented and sent to the County Attorney's Office for Review". We live in a very rural area, the entire county has a popluation slightly higher than 8,000. Do you know how long it will take for the County Attorney to decide if he is going to take the ex-boyfriend to court for assault?

I was in my basement doing yoga when I noticed a huge spider next to me on the floor. I have not have it trapped on the floor with a cup over it, but I think its a Brown Recluse, and I don't want to get bit plus I am terrified of Spiders.

Okay, so after my earlier question about whether or not you all thought my fiance had cold feet I took your advice and I asked him if something was bothering him.

He said quote "I have been avoiding you because I am the one that made you sick" for those of you who didn't see my earlier question, I have recently started receiving dialysis, it all began after our son was born, it was a very high risk pregnancy and after it ended all of these kidney trouble seemed to fall from the sky.

So my fiance who I am supposed to be marrying a month from today is avoiding me because he thinks its his fault that I got sick because he thinks its all his fault that I got pregnant, and everytime he looks at me he is reminded that he did it" Last time I checked it takes TWO to tango no one person is more responsible for babies than the other one is. I don't blame him for a thing! How on earth could I?

Does anyone have advice on how to deal with him? I am stressed to my limits at moment, thanks!
