Pre-Birth Paternity Testing?!?! Answers Appreciated.?

Just wondering, can you please tell the procedures for a pre-birth paternity test? Is it safe for mother and child? When during the pregnancy can it be done?

    It can be done with amnio or CVS but it is extremely expensive and both methods have a risk of miscarriage.

    After seeing so many daytime TV shows about "Who's the Daddy?" I have never seen ONE that doesn't wait until AFTER the mother gives birth to give a paternity test. If there is one, It sounds like an invasive procedure and offers a risk of miscarriage.

    im not sure, but im sure its VERY expensive.
