Pregnancy precautions?
Hi!
We just found out that we are 5 weeks and 1 day pregnant (have had 1 previous miscarriage) and I feel like I am bombarding my doctor with questions because I am afraid of having another miscarriage.
Is Cinnamon okay to have in small ammounts and are bumpy car rides really that dangerous at this stage? I am just asking because we live in the country and gravel roads and stuff can be a little rough...thanks so much for any advice!

If its a healthy pregnancy you should be fine. I was at least a month when my 7 year old son decided it be funny to hop on mommy from the couch and knock her flat on her butt. I felt i shock wave up through my pelvis and my spine but baby is still ok. A good healthy pregnancy can survive a great deal.

omg had a miscarriage a little over a year AGO! and think im prego if not im trying again next month and am scared to death :(
