Today when I turned on my first generation iPod touch, there was a picture up that was basically instructing me to plug my iPod into iTunes, and the iPod would do nothing else besides charge, show that same picture, or turn off.

So, I plugged it into my laptop and it said that I needed to enter the pass code in (my iPod has a lock code) in order to continue with iTunes. The problem is, I can't even get to the point on my iPod that shows the screen where I can enter in my password.

I have already tried letting the iPod lose enough power so that it full turns off, but as soon as I put it in my iHome charger when it is fully dead, the same picture comes up.

Does anyone know what I can do, or will I have to send my iPod into apple?

My friend was talking about a website that you use as a prank on someone, and basically i guess you type in the answers about a friend (i.e. his hair is red) and then the computer writes back again, asking the question to the friend and fooling them. Or something like that?

Here is the problem. I am pretty sure I know how to do this, but not positive. The answer for each should have variable(s) in it. not just an answer like "4".

a) There is a rectangle with a width of 5x and a length of x + 4. Find the area of the rectangle.

b) Inside that rectangle, there is a smaller one. It has a width of 2x and a length of x + 12. Find the area.

c) Next, you are to subtract the area of the little rectangle from the area of the big rectangle. What do you get?

I have a Compaq Presario f500 laptop, and there is this very thin line running horizontally across my computer screen. Any ideas as to what I should do?

I just bought the 2.0 software update for my ipod touch. I pressed buy, then noticed that my gift card balance went down from 11 something to about 1 dollar. So I figured it had worked. Then it told me to plug in my ipod and i did, but then nothing happened, and the screen on itunes said "ipod sync is complete, ok to discnnect" or whatever. Im not sure if the system is clogged from people activating their new iphones or whatever, but if anyone knows what the deal is please let me know. thanks.

I got my laptop last year in early August. The internet would work fine when I used it in my room up until about 3 weeks ago. All of a sudden, I dont get connection in my room which is on the third floor of my house. The linksys box is down in the basement, but I cant move it or anything because that connects to my dads computer. What can I do/buy so that I can get connection again?
