Is this fat?

I am 109 pounds and 5 foot. I play softball 3 days a week, and work out twice a week.

    I'm 5 Ft. tall and 110-115 depending on the day. I also fit into size 0-2.... You are well within the healthy range. If you know people who are your height or even taller, but weigh less then that is probably because they have less muscle or a different body type (smaller hips, breasts, bones, etc). Just keep being active and eating well and don't worry about your weight so much. A friend of mine is 5 Ft. 4 inches 140 Lbs. and fits into a size 2-4. Another person at that height and weight might look heavier, but actually weigh less because they have less muscle and more fat. If you are playing softball three times a week then I really don't see that as being your problem. Also, you could get up to about 120-125 and still be considered within the healthy range for your height.

    No you are not fat at all your bmi is 21.3 which is a healthy normal weight, and as you do quite a lot of exercise this is good so dont worry x

    Holy crap....NO YOUR NOT FAT...thats not fat at all...! But you could always work on building muscle.
