About 6 months ago my Townhouse community decided to assign parking spots (about 5 months into my lease). Some units got 2 spots and others got only one (me included). We have 2 cars, is there anything I can do to fight this? I am an injured servicemember, and parking in the guest parking far away is somewhat painful for me. Any advice?

So the GF is visiting her home country, which is a 15 hour time difference. We have mostly figured out a decent phone schedule, for the most part...but she freaks out and says she does not have time to talk to me (when she is waking up or at like 7-8 pm her time), she claims she has too much to do and can't waste her time talking to me.

I would understand this if she were there for only a week or two, but she is there for a month! Am I being too insensitive and looking too deep into this? When she tells me such things, she gets very aggressive to the point of yelling at me, I never had to deal with this situation, I am seeing more and more that she only cares about herself. Some insight is needed to ease my mind.

Neither me or my ex wife live in the same state that we got divorced in (Alaska). I live in GA and she lives in TX, who do I go to because I want to modify child support because cost of living is much less in TX, and I get paid less in GA than I did in AK. thanks for any advice

My ex-wife and I have 2 kids. She has physical custody but we have joint custody. Her husband of a couple months just got in an accident and lost both his legs. In such a tragic event, she will be in the hospitals all the time, I want the kids to come live with me for a short while during this event.

Although it is a tragic event, to me it seems to be the textbook time for me to step in and perform my rights as a father to take them in. She is going to a different state where the treatment will be done. She refuses to let me take them to my home which is also in another state, she would rather put them into daycare in the area around the hospital.

She is accusing me of not being sensitive to the situation, and that the guy who has known my kids for a couple months NEEDS them to heal (although his own kid from a different relationship will be there also). Give it to me real people, my divorce decree is so generic, what rights do I have?

My friend is in hot water, and we cannot find the AR regarding this at all! She has a boyfriend from a foreign country, they are hammering her because she didn't know to report him through proper channels. she did report it, but they are considering alot of things, I thought 380-10 would help but that concerns just foreign representatives. Any help from some prior S-2's would be fantastic, thanks!

My ex-wife and I have joint custody but she has physical custody (in Alaska and I am in Georgia), she is moving and claims I do not need to know the new physical address of the kids (whom I pay child support for and as previously stated, have custody of), she claims as long as I have a PO Box address I don't need to know anything else. Is anything illegal or un cool if he knew passwords and password hints? It sounds like an uncool thing to do, but she is cheating on him, still.

just wondering what advice I can get...she does not want to change her schedule around when I am deployed overseas. Not that I expect her to change her work schedule or sleep schedule, but she claims that she WILL NOT answer phone calls from me if she is sleeping. She is very head strong and "independent", is this something I should just accept? Cheating is not a big fear of mine, but does she not feel the same way as I do about wanting to talk to each other?

So will I am going TDY enroute to a reclass school, and I know I am on assignment to my next duty station, will I get orders to the permanent duty station before I go to my school? Also do I clear my current post before I go to school or do I come back and clear? Thanks everyone! In the mean time I will be reading AR 614-11
