TDY Enroute Questions?

Question

So will I am going TDY enroute to a reclass school, and I know I am on assignment to my next duty station, will I get orders to the permanent duty station before I go to my school?  Also do I clear my current post before I go to school or do I come back and clear?  Thanks everyone!  In the mean time I will be reading AR 614-11

Your request for orders will have all the data for your school and your new assignment. You will clear your current post with a leave form that takes you all the way to your new post. On the leave form you will sign into and out of your school. Then when you get to your final post, they will subtract out the TDY and travel days from the days you took as leave. Good luck!

TDY enroute, means exactly that: You are enroute to your new duty assignment, from your old one. You will clear your last post prior to leaving it and receive your orders to your new assignment while in school.

You will not get a plane ticket to Atlanta, you will get a plane ticket to SeaTac and no farther than that paid for. If you wish to go to Atlanta you will have to pay for the ticket yourself. Your vehicle will be shipped to Tacoma for pickup. you HHG can be sent as soon as you wish them to be shipped and you have the orders. The COLA and Hawaii BAH will end the day you fly out of Hawaii, any money that is still paid will be taken back.
