Sqrt(4+sqrt3)

I'm getting 1/(4sqrt(4+sqrt(3x))*sqrt(3x))

but the answer is apparently

3/(4sqrtx*sqrt(4+3sqrtx))

What am I doing wrong? Which answer is correct?

It still opens the document just fine, except the icon that's supposed to show on the file is this generic thing....the same happens on all microsoft office files, like excel, powerpoint.

PLZ GIVE SUMMARY of what happens!

Here's the story from the beginning: i downloaded AVG Free antivirus and Spybot Search and Destroy and something popped up from one of those programs saying they found something and like the idiot that i am, i deleted it without finding out what it did. immediately after deleting, the computer popped up something that said something was wrong with one of the service packs and to stick in the cd to install it again otherwise my computer would crash. again, like the idiot that i am, i chose to ignore that, and my computer functioned fine up to when i shut it down yesterday night. Now today when i try opening it up, it won't open--it'll just keep repeating the whole startup process without getting anywhere. i know how to completely get rid of everything on that computer and reinstall everything but then i'll lose my important files. Does anyone know how to reinstall the service packs without losing any files? Note: I am not a computer whiz so please try to go easy with me.

is there any way to see a webpage as it was before it was updated? for example, if there was a website with writing on it, but if the author deleted all the writing, is there any way you could still see the webpage as it was before the writing was deleted?
