I have a problem with my Sims 2 game for pc.

Something went wrong with my computer a while back and I had to uninstall the game from my computer. Now, whenver I try to reinstall it, there is a problem with the neighborhoods.

On the screen where you select a neighborhood, it doesn't have any of the original neighborhoods to choose from, and when I try to create a new neighborhood it says something about not knowing any of the terrains, and won't let me create a new neighborhood to play.

I am still quite young, my early teens, and my hair is currently dirty blonde. As a child, it was slightly lighter blonde, but now it's dirty blonde. Over the past year or two, I have been noticing dark brown, almost black hairs on my head when I examine them closely. They are long, around the same length as the rest of my hair is. Is my hair color changing?? If so, why??
