DON'T SUCK ON LEMONS. Jebus, lemons can eat away at your enamel, and expose your dentin, which can lead to sensitivity. I dunno if there are natural ways to whiten your teeth. Buyer beware if you try the "natural route". Lemons??!!?? Really? Lemons? If your staining is superficial, then the whitening toothpaste can work sort of. Also cleanings done in a dental office can remove superficial stains. Or you can go to your supermarket and buy some of those cheapo products. You get what you pay for though, and in my opinion they give you minimal results. If you're drinking coffee heavily, then that will be counter productive. You need to cut down or cut out your coffee. You also need to know that as you get older your teeth turn yellow naturally. The reason is, your enamel which is opaque gets thinner as you get older. Relax, the thinning is in such small increments, you and I don't have a ruler to measure it. Now underneath your enamel is yellow dentin, another layer of your tooth. As your opaque enamel thins out, the yellow dentin is able to show thru easier. Good luck, but be careful. Lemons, unbelievable.
