I'm planning on making the 3 day drive to the salt flats for the speed trials next year. Anyone have any tips??? It's on my bucket list :)

I just attended the Performance World Car Show this past weekend and posted the pictures in my profile's photo section if anyone is interested.

He's driving in the Continental Tire Series ( IMSA ) in a Roush Mustang and he's pretty good, but I was thinking he could make a ton more money racing Nascar for his dad. Anyone know why??

We all know Kyle won all three races at Bristol setting a new record. So dose anyone think he might enter the NASCAR Modified race next year and try to get a four out of four record???

I always thought that the drivers were not allowed to drop their window while on the racing surface except after being involved in a wreck and everything had been slowed down. Latley I've seen guys like Carl Edwards and Kyle Busch drop theirs like half way down the back straight heading for the pits or after a wreck but before anyone gets slowed down. I don't know about you but it scares the crap out of me. Remember the driver that got hit by the ambulance!!

Wed- Depart Toronto for Charlotte check in on arrival

Thurs- Check out some race shops until dinner then head for the Pit Stop Challenge.

Fri- Truck race

Sat- Allstar Race then head for Bristol

Sun- Final rounds of the NHRA Race

Mon- Head for home :)

Best part is it's a bus trip so no driving for meeeeee!!!

A young guy ( 26 ) got caught on one of our highways ( the 401 in Ontario ) this morning doing 250 kph (155mph) Dammmmmmmmmm I can see doing it on a track but out on the highway that takes big balls. I guess he'll get to think about it in jail today and wonder what kind of car he should buy next LOL.
