I payed the landlord by check 2 years ago but he never cashed it. Now he came by and gave me my old check back that he never cashed and asked me for a new one. Am i required to pay him or is it his fault by his disorganization? What is the statute of limitation in CA ?

I always wanted to try to be one of the guest for dinner service. Is it just like getting tickets for other shows?

It is hurting so bad. How do I get over hurting everyday. I am losing my will to live.

She still continues to see this other man. But says she wants her space to decide if we still have a chance to get back together. I told her I forgive her and want her back but she has to get rid of this guy. What do I do? I want her so bad but she said she needs space and time to decide. She will not go to counceling yet. We have kids together and I want to stay for their sake and keep family intact.

I have read from articles that your spouse does not want to hear that "you love them" or they don't want to hear how you are going to improve the marriage. What are some other techniques that can be used? Should you never plead with your partner or do whatever your partner wishes? What are you supose to do? Please no silly answers like, "just leave her"

If so, how did it work? was it worth the cost? Do you still have the disks. I would like to get a used copy of the disks.

She has gotten close to a guy that is married and my wife babysits for him and his wife. My wife says that he is just a friend and there is no sexual attraction. I feel threatend by him and I can't convince my wife that he is getting to close. We have since strated having problems and my wife says she just "needs her space" and in time our relationship can get back to where it was. What should I do? She says that I should not make her choose between her friend and me.

I pay child support for a previous relationship. I have remarried 10 years ago and have two other children now. Now me and my current wife are having problems and I'm scared to death of what will happen if I have to pay child support for both. What will be my worst case scenario. I've heard that they can only garnish 50% of paycheck is that true. I will be so screwed and not be left any money to surrvive and live. I certainly could not afford to even rent an apartment and pay the car note.

There is obviously to much stuff on the one circuit (4 ceiling fans 7 lights, TV outlet, and Microwave) Every time the microwave is used for longer than 3 min the circuit pops. I don't know how to take the microwave off the circuit and put it on it's own breaker with out running new wires back to the panel.

What are 3 good lifts that I can increase muscle in my arms and chest and loose the big gut? I'm 5'9" and 160 lbs. I need to get washboard abs get rid of my man ta tas. Can anyone suggest a good work out for that?

My wife gave me 30 days to find out if we both want to stay together or separate. We still love each other but she says I have issues with my temper that she don't like. I don't want to separate and I am seeing therapist for my temper. I feel that if we separate it will be to hard to get back together. What do I do? Or what do you think?

My wife says for the last 10 yrs of our marriage I haven't been affectionate enough. She always said once she got friends she would pass me by and that day has come. She gives more attention to her new found girlfriend by talking on the phone everynight. It is not a sexual relationship I know for sure but I feel that her friend has got in between us and now I can't get close to my wife. I have been trying to be more affectionate and she has acknowledge it lately but she is giving me the cold shoulder. A hot temper. I don't lose my temper where I start throwing things or anything like that, but my wife says that when we argue she says I get hot. Hot like where I argue heavily for stupid things. It is ruining our marriage. How do I recognize this and control it?

I drive my mother-in laws car which there is no payment and she lets me use it for free as long as I pay the insurance, which I do. My brother-in law needed a car but he has bad credit and mine is not the best but better than his. I signed a loan to get him a car but problems are now starting at home and my mother in-law is threatening to take her car back from me. If she does take my car away would it be right if I took the car back from my brother-in law even though he paid the down payment and is making the payments? If she takes the car from me then I will not have a car to drive and would not be able to finance another for me. I know people are going to say I was stupid for doing it but things were fine. I don't need a lecture on this just some advice. Thanks
