Too out of shape for physical activity?

I have been trying to get healthier. I changed my eating for healthy food.

The other day I tried playing basketball. It's been awhile. In the first round I was already out of breath and exhausted and felt like I couldn't go on. I had to keep pushing my self. If I was playing serious with other people I would be slowing the game down.

I don't get why that happens. Even the other day I was trying to walk up a hill I usually walk but when I got to the top I had to sit down.

I don't smoke, but I have to stop and keep taking deep breaths.

What could that be? too much salt in my diet or something? Do I have to practice cardio?

What can I do to prevent this.

It s gonna take a while. Your body will get use to harder things. It s just that you haven t it before or awhile. Keep on exercising and eating right and you will be able to do alot of things that you weren t be able to do before or had to do with a little help!
