is it ok to starve a little?

I'm not going to completely stop eating. But I'm thinking to cut some weight I could just eat like small meals a day? and drink lots of water when I feel hungry?

I haven't made any changes yet, just wondering if this would be a good idea or bad idea

No. You actually don't lose anymore weight starving than eating around 1200 calories (the bare minimum) because vyour body slows down to save itself

    Perfect.

That's all you need to do.

Just wait until you're hungry. Then wait a little longer. And then eat.

That's when the fat really starts melting off.
