Motivation to wake up and work out early in the morning?
I'm trying to lose my belly fat and also be more fit. Currently I don't excercise at all, except for walking 10 minutes home from school. I don't have much time to work out because I have a heavy workload from school, so I also end up sleeping around 12:00 at night.
I'm trying to wake up a half hour early to skip rope in my basement as my daily excercise, but it's very hard to motivate myself to wake up early, and to work out in my unfinished and dark (especially in the morning) basement.
Any ways to motivate myself? Or general tips on balancing school workload, exercise, and still getting enough sleep?

I'm going to assume your in college and maybe after you graduate this year you can sign up for a sport class...maybe tennis or aerobics? I would reccomend aerobics because it has lighter workouts but some hard core ones too...overall its balanced!
Motivation, what a butt! I have a hard time motivating myself too because currently I am a senior and I am suffering sever motivation loss! haha but how I got it back was just taking a walk or just doing something you enjoy a hobby maybe? And usually your mind clears because the work is crazy at college I bet, and afterwards you can focus better! Also, I scare myself...let me explain haha...I think about my future and I don't want to be the person who doesn't graduate with all my friends because I couldn't handle a certain subject you know?
Try this...I haven't done it yet but when you have a large workload try spending 15 mins on one subject and rotate....15 math...15 science etc. OR start with the easy stuff and finish with the hard work...you build confidence in your work..that's what I do.
As for waking up early...if you are really serious about it...scatter your alarms all over your room...and set them all at the same time then you gotta go get them all and by then you'll be out of bed and standing!

i take advantage of a mild timer referred to as a ruin of day simulator. The timer is linked to a wall-fastened bathing room mild with 3 complete-spectrum bulbs right away over the mattress. The timer gradually will improve the mild to finish capacity over a 40 5-minute era. After utilising this for round a month, i properly away awaken fairly a lot the time the mild activates each and every of ways. the mild also alerts the cat and canines to awaken and they commence shifting round and checking to verify if i'm conscious.

Just think about how amazing it would be to have a six pack. just know its benificial to do so, maybe set an alarm on your phone, and take a picture of you're stomach(a before and a picture of how you want it to look) and when your alarm goes off, you'll are it and want to get up!
good luck!!

Keep a reusable water bottle on your desk to sip often. Keeping hydrated can satiate hunger and cravings, reduce bloating, and hold you more alert.

Halfway through your dinner, stop and drink some water and decide in case you are really hungry for the rest or for anyone who is just eating it because it's with your plate.

get an alarm clock that has wheels and everytime it rings it runs away from you and in order to turn it off you have to find it.
or, get one that needs paper money and starts to shred it and u have to stop it before the bill is all gone.. now THAT would get ME up.
or put an alarm clock at the other side of the room and in order to turn it off..u have to get up.
