Tips on loosing weight please? ?

Hey,

I was wondering what types of food that's healthy to eat for breakfast?

Also, I've heard to exercise before you eat breakfast so that you can use up your stored fat rather than newly consumed fat. Would you say this is true?

Also, what type of low fat soups can I make & how long should I exercise, how many times a day and a week?

Sorry for all the questions asked. Thanks :)

I believe it is true, your body looks for fuel when you exercise. If you havent fed it , it looks for stored fule, it is especially important to not give your body sugar b4 u workout and for up to an hour after u work out. dont put out the fire! eat steel cut oats for breakfast and an omega 3 egg, no sugar, stevia is ok

Breakfast; the most important meal of the day! They don't just say that for nothing. It's supposed to be healthful and big, so as to jump start your metabolism for the day. I recommend eggs (egg whites if you can), whole wheat toast, a big glass of OJ or Skim Milk and some kind of fruit or veggie. That's the perfect breakfast if you're trying to lose.

Don't overwork yourself when it comes to amount of times a day/week. Do what you can, but a good start is about 4 days a week for an hour or more. Keep in mind at least 30 minutes of that should be cardiovascular exercise if you're trying to lose.

whole grain cereals without the extra sugar and crap on them sych as plain cheerios and kashi go lean (not crunch or crisp) or even any other cereal with out lots of added sugar that has some fiber to keep you full with a full cup of fat free milk. or make 1/2 a p of old fashioned oats with a cup of milk in the microwave with an apple mixed in or even raisins and some walnuts of you want (but limit your intake of dried fruits due to the fact they're high in calories) or if your gonna exerce some whole wheat toast with peanut butter (it's a healthy fat that keeps you full just watch your fat intake the rest of the day)

I would eat about an hour before breakfast to keep your bloodsugar up and make your body feel more comfortable about burning calories/fat but if you can try it if youd be more comfortable

VEgetable soups with alot of beans are a good option because they are low in fat but have some protien just stew up your favorite beans in your favorite broth with some tomato sauce of you want and some celery onions, whatever you like

You should take at least one day off a week even at the peak of your exercise but do at least 4 days a week or more if your up to it (: exercise for however long it takes you to do what you plan to, for examoke make a plan to take a walk on a 2 mile loop around your neighborhood or do 20 minutes on the oliptical or a 1.5 mile jog on the tredmil

    Best of luck
