Is it possible to lose weight if you dont burn all the calories but if they come from a healthy source?

I'm 5'7 weigh 192 and I'm trying to lose fifty lbs. My food intake every consists of whole grain bread, some peanut butter, egg whites, a chicken breast piece, some brown rice or mixed vegetables and some water with flavor sweetner added. This is spread into three meals and is about 700 to 800 calories combined. Now I run everyday for about thirty mins and my treadmill has a device that tells me I burn 320 calories everday. That's not even half of my daily calorie intake. Is iit possible for me to still lose weight even if my calories are coming from healthy sources? Please explain?

Yeah, the peanut butter should be natural, regular pb has a lot of unhealthy fats and is extremely processed so its bad for you...go natural..eat 4-5, 300 cal meals this will speed up your metabolism

Ok there is a certain number of calories your body burns if u do absolutely NOTHING all day. To lose weight it is recommended you eat 100 calories less then that and workout. You should eat about 1300 calories a day to lose weight fast any less and your body will starve
