    Breakfast- GAva apple

    Go wake boarding for 2 hours

    Lunch- turkey sandwich on weight watcher bread with 4 strawberries.

    1 mile walk

    Snack- small bowl of air popped popcorn

    About 5 minutes of yoga and stretching

    Dinner- steamed veggies (carrots cabbage broccoli) and a orange?

    Is this good and I'm a vegetarian so don't say add meat

  • What should I have for dinner?

    Ok today was kind of a rush I had breakfast at 8 which was a large orange, I planned to go wake boarding but it was canceled I went bowling then came home at 12, I was sort of hungry so I had a medium sized bowl of air popped popcorn. Watched some tv then at 5 found myself hungry so I had a medium GAva apple. Now it's dinner time and I want something healthy and low I'n calories. What should I eat?

    I'm 13 5'3 and 94 pounds. I love my body and think I'm very pretty. I used to walk a LOT on my treadmill but lately I've been mostly on the computer ik bad:( I might do a mile a day. This is usually what I eat...

    Breakfast- orange

    Lunch- orange

    Dinner- 1 cup cheerios with 1/2 cup of 40 calorie a cup milk. A orange and a skinny cow ice cream bar (110 cals)

    I no this is NOT enough food but I'm never hungry... And I just sit there all day so is this ok?

  • Is my daughters diet healthy?will she get...fat?

    To start off I love my daughter and she's beautiful but I'm worried about kids making fun of her... Around a month ago she weighted 118 lbs she's 54 so she was pretty normal only a little chunky recently she weighed herself and she's 130... Kind of big. This is what she ate yesterday I wrote every little thing down is it healthy or to much food?

    Breakfast- 1 packet of pop tarts with a large banana 2 tbsp of peanut butter and about 1 large glass of orange juice.

    Snack- a big orange and a packet of 2 twinkles.

    Lunch- 2 pieces of white toast with 4 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp jelly. With 12 ritz crackers and like 2 oz cheese. With a Small bag of doritos

    Snack- bottle of dr pepper and a grilled cheese sandwich (2 pieces white bread and 3 pieces kraft cheese)

    Dinner- it was family game night so we ordered pizza so she had 4 pieces cheese pizza from papa johns 3 big breadsticks 8 oz glass coco cola and 2 cups of red velvet cupcake ice cream

    Comments, tips, advice please!!!

  • Did I eat healthy today!?

    I'm trying to eat healthy so this was what I had today...

    Breakfast - a average sized bowl of original steel cut oats with walnuts almonds and pecans added I'n. With a tall glass of milk and a pear.

    Snack- 1 banana with a tbsp of peanut butter

    Lunch- 4 slices of brisket on whole wheat bread with lettuce tomatoes and mustard. Along with a red apple and small bowl of grapes.

    Snack- small fruit plate ( pineapple, strawberries, grapes,kiwi)

    Dinner- turkey with cranberry sauce along with a medium portion of potatoes green beans and carrots.

    I'm pretty thin and I run about 30 minutes a night I'm I'n my 30"s and my friends tell me I over eat! But I'm thin so is this amount of food ok.? Any suggestions or comments help thx:)

  • Will this screw up my diet?

    Ok I'm a very potite women and I think of a diet as a lifestyle. I'm 5"1 about 98 pounds and very small framed. I've been this way most of my life and I'm quite fine with it. My doctor recommended about 800 calories a day so that's generally what I eat. The past 2 nights I have had a 100 calories oatmeal breakfast skipped lunch ( not by choice) and had fast food at night with dessert! Easily 1000 calories meals if not more . Will I gain weight from this? I no a pound is 3500 calories so I won't gain to much but I mean will I look bloated for a while? And is that normal... The next 3 days I'm going to eat 600 calories a night to even the scale, any advice tips or help?! Thx :)

    I'm 36 if that helps at all

    Ok today I definitely underate I had 400 calories.

    Now it's dessert time and I'm not sure what to have, which do u think is healthiest?( since I have extra calories I will enjoy this dessert guilt free)

    Option 1- skinny cow ice cream tub (150 cals)

    2- 1 cup rasberrys with 4 nilla wafers and whip cream.

    3- 1 cup buttered pecan sugar free ice cream (180 cals)

    4- triple chocolate granola bar (90 cals)

    5- 3/4 cup buttered pecan ice cream with a cone (160 cals)

    Ok i have a few dinner options and want to know which is better ok here it goes..

    Option one- low cal turkey sandwich (130 cals) with a large orange and small bowl of banana pudding.

    Option to- medium bowl of roast ( mostly carrots some meat) with a orange

    Option 3- medium bowl roast with small bowl of banana pudding.

    Option 4- medium bowl of roast with mini tub skinny cow ice cream (150)

    So which one? Why? And any other advice thx!!!
