Bench Press, Tips please :)?

My brother wanted to ask from the wonderful yahoo community. He bench presses 385lbs, and he's 17, and he's wondering if there is anything to help him get that push to 400lbs, in 2 months. He says he's been hitting the plateau for a little while. He eats quite healthy, protein shake after work out. nitrix oxide and creatine before a workout, 3 meals a day. he has a multivitamin, fish oils, and this weird thing called Fighters Food with all servings of your veggies.

Help would be really appreciated. I'm not sure what his workout program is, he just said it'd be nice if someone could recommend different ways to do his workouts.

tell him to make sure he eats really well before he does benchpressing

and to make sure he does benchpress at different angles

    FLAT BENCH

    INCLINE BENCH

    DECLINE BENCH

tell him to do drop sets after the heaviest set....

and also get him to do more deadlifts and squats during the week... that will help his benchpress alot.. as he will get stronger...

Bench press bench press is short, also called lifting or lying Bench Press, the main training pectoralis major, pectoralis minor muscle, deltoid muscle before the beam, triceps and elbow muscles, and serratus anterior muscle training, biceps, beak and the forearm muscle of the brachial muscle. dont in simple terms get caught in an straightforward habitual and do an analogous factor ie. bench press, incline, and then flys, for too long. you may desire to combination up the order which you do exersises in, the rep selection, and the style you do them(barbell, bumbell, device, or cable) in case you preserve mixing it up your physique would be guessing what would be coming next insted of waiting for a cerain workout and you will see greater effective effects.

Advise him to try pyramiding his bench press routine. Here's a link to him along:

It takes a little calculating on his part to figure this out, but it is extremely effective if done correctly. Hope this helps.
