My brother wanted to ask from the wonderful yahoo community. He bench presses 385lbs, and he's 17, and he's wondering if there is anything to help him get that push to 400lbs, in 2 months. He says he's been hitting the plateau for a little while. He eats quite healthy, protein shake after work out. nitrix oxide and creatine before a workout, 3 meals a day. he has a multivitamin, fish oils, and this weird thing called Fighters Food with all servings of your veggies.

Help would be really appreciated. I'm not sure what his workout program is, he just said it'd be nice if someone could recommend different ways to do his workouts.

What's a good place to eastern area music. Such as chinese music or techno and stuff like that. I can't read chinese or any other language except for english so dont talk about chinese sites. I use limewire and there is no techno and chinese music. Well there is but a lot less. Is there a program or site that i could use that lets me download eastern music but is in english

i recently loaded 3.0 7A341 (im not sure if it's gold master) but they say that it might expire and brick my ipod touch. What do i do, im not sure what to do and i dont want it to be bricked. I loaded it right in on itunes 8.2 and people are saying u can downgrade to 8.1 and just go back to 2.2.1 from there. But they say u cant because it'll only give u errors

Well what i want to know is, how long do i use those for until i should replace them with the ones shure supplies you. I've had the earphones for about 2 months or so and ive been using these foam buds for all that time. I dont want the "maybe few weeks" comment, because a few weeks can be 3 ~ 10 weeks or so and idk. I'd like a specific number such as " 3 ~ 4 weeks". Foam buds feel the most comfortable but when do u think i should replace them with the ones i have boughten. The buds have started to squeeze in and form my ear, and they have gotten wrinkly and the gloss or shine on the bud that they put on it has started to come off. It has gotten pretty dirty and it's starting to build up dust but i wipe that stuff off. Tell me when i should replace it, and how long the buds should last and if i should change it yet.

Well im having a crisis right now on headphones lol. I want headphones that i can buy in canada and are in store. So like Dr.Dre's or Shure's. I have the Shure SE530 for $320 off my cousin (brand new). But i dont want to bring those around because what if i lose them, then ill have a problem. I want a pair that i can just plug into my ears without it going around my ear or having to twist it into my ear, just a pair that will stick right in. Im willing to pay up to $300 for a pair of headphones like that but i want one that has good sound.

What i want from my headphones :

Strong bass, undistorted bass

Clear sound

1.2m or longer cable

Comfortable

Doesn't have to be that durable because im pretty careful with my headphones but if it can be durable thanks

Im well aware of skullcandy headphones but they say the durability is horrible and they short out pretty quickly. But what ever u suggest im willing to try. I have some money to burn so offer me some headphones and ill try them out

1) Sometimes my wifi drops, is that normal. Like i let it on standby and then after like 3 ~ 10 min turn it back on and the wifi dropped, but it instantly goes back up

2) Is there a way to keep the back from being scratched?

3) Do you have to have a credit card to buy things from the app store?

4) Can you guys suggest me some good artists because i enjoy some good music but I don't really know where to find out good artists.

5) Are there some headphones you guys can suggest to me not counting the ipod headphones because they suck and i hate them. I've already looked at skullcandy and they look decent but im not sure.

im thinking of getting a new pair of headphones and i only have 2 weeks of return left of the policy and i wanted to get some suggestions of headphones but i hate ipod headphones they're the worst i have ever had and i refuse to take them. I buy headphones going at $60 ~ $90 and i was thinking which headphones do u guys suggest. Im willing to take any company but i would prefer if u guys gave me bigger companies because i want something that has reputation.

Ipod headphones are out of the question for me because i hate them, they slip out of my ears like a little ******* and i wear static clingy clothes so when i put it in my pocket i get jolted by electricity (Literally) and to me they sound terribly horrific. i just bought the Shure SCL3 - W earphones that are 26ohms, 157cm length cord, wide band micro speaker technology, 25hz ~ 18500hz, and it has a Fit Kit. But the problem is that how would i know which ones are worth the money. I bought this pair for 80$ but in the Shure company it self they're selling for 120$ so maybe i got a good deal. Though i would like to hear from super pros's that are out there. Suggest me a company name that is really good and ill check it out.

Powerful Sound so that i can hear well (I turn my ipod touch to only 1 point in volume so there's no way it will damage my ears). Also powerful sound is so that even at low volumes i can hear a good wave of sound instead of whispering.

Isolating sound out is very important so that i dont have a nuisance with loud noises around me.

Smallish so that it doesn't stick out far out

Any color is fine

Design isn't important but it shouldn't look horrific.

i have an ipod touch and the charger for the ipod, does it work with computers in other countries or do i have to get a converter and i have a wall charger, do i have to get a converter for that too?

Hey guys im thinking about the SCL3 - W WideBand Microdrive Technology headphones but people say that the bass is bad and it is hard to fit in ur ears and sometimes it hurts there ears etc. Just wondering if it has good bass, is the frequency going to really matter because it is at 25hz - 18.5khz and 157cm length. What headphones do you guys suggest to me
