Small burn from running!? Weird...?

So I went for a 3500m run today and 1000m in I had this weird feeling in my left leg's pinky finger... I thought it was nothing and kept running till like 2000m and then it became unbearable. It was hurting soo much. So I stopped running. I came home and I saw it was a blister..

Yea, I got burned because I wore shoes.. :|

SO how would I treat it, because I didn't realize it was a burn till like 6 hours after. I poked a needle in the blister thing and water came out so I am like hmm...and now there are several needle holes...

Update:

Yeah I was wearing socks.

I think what caused this blister is the fact that it was almost 35 degree celcius+ temperature and the fact that the shoes are not really made for running...

Burn... blister - same thing really, and in this case it is caused by your shoe rubbing on your toe. 3500m is quite a small distance to run to cause a blister but it can happen.

    Treatment:

Cover with a sticking plaster to protect it

If you have burst the blister then telling you to leave it 'full' is no good now but that can help too

Basically all you have to do now is wait and it will heal itself. It can help if you leaver the plaster on it as protection, or you can get special blister plasters as well.

I am not sure, were you wearing socks as well? Socks can help prevent blisters

make sure you're wearing breathable *running* shoes (some of my friends used to go out running in skate shoes because they're "comfy") and breathable socks. I dont know how to treat it, i would just stay off your feet of a couple of days until the blister begins to heal.
