How to tone a bod in 10 days.?

I'm fairly fit but stopped going to the gym six weeks ago due to finances pre-Christmas! I am going home to Australia in 10 days and am now feeling wobbly and untoned. I am happy with my weight, but not my wobbly extremities. Is there a good way to tone up quickly and easily within the short time I have left? Ahhhh bikini!!!

    just jog or run everyday for the next day 10 days, do some sit-ups, crunches, and other ab exercises. maybe do some light weight lifting to tone up your arms?

    buy a seventeen magazine they almost always have have exercises that will help tone your body in a short amount of time
