Toning up area of back behind arms?

I have toned arms and exercise regularly, but there is one problem area I have - it's the area of my back, under my arms. I'm not talking about "bingo wings' which are the underside of the arms - I have toned these - it's actually my back, and I have soft bits that stick over the edge of singlet tops or my bikini top. As everything else is reasonably toned it is driving me nuts that I still have these squidgy bits. Any exercises I can do to tone up this area?

Update:

I realise you can't just lose weight in one area; I am already fit and slim, and am well aware of what I should be eating... but I need to tone this part of my back/arms. I need some advice on which exercises do this.

It's notoriously hard to spot reduce fat from particular spots on the body so the best approach is to keep up the exercise and tinker with your nutrition.

You may not realise exactly how many refined carbs (they are often well disguised on the label) you are taking in or what other factors may be undermining your attempts to bring your body fat down.

Try out the Elimination Diet which is free to download at www.daxmoy.com and find out how to eat clean and lower that body fat. It actually works!!!
