I have used a natural product called 'Fibre Full' - you drink it before your meal and it gives you a feeling of satisfaction when you have eaten enough. It is also a wonderful colon cleanser, and is part of an excellent low glycaemic weight loss program.

Beware of "fat-free" or "zero trans fats" foods as you're likely to be trading fats for huge variety of sugar or sodium.

Likelihood is you're eating too fast. Try holding a conversation while using a meal so you're not gulping down more than you need to feel full.
