  • RE Audio MX as an SPL sub?

I know the MT provides more SPL, however RE does not provied a 1 year warranty with this sub like they do with the MX. So, all in all, how does the MX rank for SPL?

  • Cut through in a truck??????

I am doing a cuthrough in my truck that is gonna funnel 4 15" subs into the cab. Will the back seat cause a big lose in SPL or the "windy" feeling. I heard due to it being porous (if no plastic on the back) that it won't have any effect. What do you think? Please don't guess, answer if you know or have exp with this.

  • FI BL....How good?

I have decided to get some FI BL's and was wondering about how good they are overall. I wanted the BTL's, but all in all, too much money for all the amp, power, etc upgrades. SOme, drop some info on the BL's. I am getting 4 15's and want a lot of SPL for a daily driver.

  • In your opinion, what truck looks best customized?

I am looking at an F150, a Dodge Ram, and a Chevy Silverado. All nice trucks. This truck is gonna be slightly customized and have a monster sound system. Which truck do you think will work best and why? Note: The truck is not going to be raised......

  • Help decide on sub encloser?

Need some advice. I have 4 15's in a ported box funneled through a cut-through in the bed of my truck. Sounds amazing. The box is carpeted all over. It looks fairly nice, but doesn't jump out. I would like some advice on different things I could do to add to the bed of the truck. Was thinkin maybe fiberglass or something over the setup, not sure yet. Any ideas and advice would be great as I want this to turn somewhat into a show truck. Thanks.

  • enclosing my box and subs?

Lookin for some opinions, I got a setup in the bed of my truck with a cut-through, subs pointing into my truck. All boxed off around them. How would you improve the look of these. I was thinkin fiberglass overtop this with some cool looking design airbrushed. Anyway, what is your opinion.

  • Oh god, who to go with.....still.....?

Wow, sooo, I still have no clue, Rockford T215's or RE 15" SX. I think my problem is the T2's have that attractive look to them and it is pullin me to them. The RE's look like basic subs. I am sure the $600 or so price tag on the T2 is cause the appearance. Well, what do you think of the situation?

  • Which has better SQ out of these???? RF, Kicker, RE?

I want to push 4 15" subs in a ported box. SPL is important, but I would like some SQ. Out of the Solo L7's, RE SX's, and Rockford T215's, which offers a lot of SPL and the best SQ of the three. I know you can't have a lot of both, but one of three must offer a little more than the other two.

  • Kicker Quality, L7's poor quality?

I like my stuff loud. I have heard that Kicker products are meant to really last, that is why they are cheap. I have been lookin at Solo L7's, 4 15's. Anyone have bad exp with kicker, let me know. Curious if they are as cheap built as I have heard.

  • 15" Solo baric L7 vs T215 Kicker VS Rockford?

I want some major SPL, with some great quality in the product itself. I want 4 15" subs, what should I go with, the rockford T215 or Kicker solo baric L7's.

  • Kicker VS Rockford?

Please do not answer if you don't have exp with these two. I want good SPL that will last a good long time. I have previous exp with Rockford P3's and love them. I am lookin at the kicker 15" SOLO and the T215 power series. Any ideas....

  • Sound Dampening?

I know the big brand Dynamat. I have been happy with them on my previous vehicle. Has anyone tried any other company that makes sound dampening stuff that is as good as Dynamat? For little things, Dynamat is fine, but in my new truck, it will probably cost me a chunk of change to do the entire truck pretty much.

  • RE VS Rockford?

I am debating ONLY between 4 15" SX RE's or 4 15" T215s from Rockford. Anyone who has had either or both of these, please give me your two cents. Both pretty much have the same power handle abilities.

  • Rockford VS RE VS FI?

I am looking for the best possible system for the buck out of these three. I was originally lookin at 4 15" T2's, but recent debate makes me wonder. I know RE is good, don't know a ton about FI. Do these two have subs that are better than the T2, power, quality, etc. Which ones, etc. Any info or ideas are nice.
