What headphones are good?

Hey guys im thinking about the SCL3 - W WideBand Microdrive Technology headphones but people say that the bass is bad and it is hard to fit in ur ears and sometimes it hurts there ears etc. Just wondering if it has good bass, is the frequency going to really matter because it is at 25hz - 18.5khz and 157cm length. What headphones do you guys suggest to me

What headphones do you guys suggest to me. I can't buy things online because my parents don't allow it. I don't like ipod headphones because i wear clothes with static and when i put my ipod touch in my pocket it shocks me (literally jolt of electricity shocks me). Do you guys think SHURE are worth the money? People tell me Sony but i need a straight answer about average bass, they say frequency wont make much of a difference, and fit in the ear.

So, you're talking about earphones, it seems, not headphones. I don't know anything about those particular earphones you list. But I know that you'll probably never be able to find earphones that have good sound quality and bass. I have experimented with many different pairs that claim to sound better than other earphones some way or the other--they absolutely never do (I would agree that iPod earphones sound good, but only relative to other earphones--they are not that great and have little bass; they also fall out the ears multiple times). Earphones are also generally hard to fit in most people's ears, or present problems with staying in the ears. If you care about sound quality/bass and comfort, you want to stay away from all earphones.

I like Sony headphones, particularly the street style, i.e. "neckband" headphones. The bass is just right, meaning it doesn't compromise sound quality or overpower the music. I love the clarity of the music--I can hear all the instruments in the song. They are very comfortable to me--don't hurt my ears or slide off.

Hey i had this problem too, after a while the standard apple headphones arent enough. I personally use skullcandys, im not sure what model they are but i paid around $50 for them. The headphones have 40 mm drivers which fit nicley on my ear. I highly recommend these because not only do they sound great but they also look great. I have had mine for about a year and havent had one problem and they still sound great. Good luck!

I got a pair of sony headphones. They have a thing that goes around the ear to make them more comfortable, and they dont seem to move around as much. I had problems with regular ipod headphones. They didnt feel stable in my ear, especially running. Purchased them at walmart.

I like iPod earphones, those are the only kind I use.

Unfortunately they aren't SUPER durable but should survive if you aren't too rough. If your MP3 has settings to change bass/treble volumes and such, iPod earphones should be fine. They're sort of expensive though.
