I live in a apartment complex in akron My neighbor lives in the same complex she has been placing rat poison under her car and places mothballs around that. I'm afraid that she is going to poison my dog or a person I called the police they will not do anything telling me she has a right to do that my land lord wants to stay out of it. told me to talk to her. I have before she is just so unreasonable I just don't like talking to her miss holier than thou. what legal action can I take

I got this tomos moped and what it does is that when you drive it
