I think you can sue the one who received the child support. The mother should have known that there was more than one possible father and had court ordered DNA tests in the first place. I'm a mother of 3 and I know who my kid's daddy are. I think you were done dirty! I would definitely get a lawyer and sue someone. Shame on her!

i think of sue is the incorrect term for it, yet sure, that is finished. If the daddy of the youngster isn't helping the youngster then the mummy has the main suitable to take it to court and have newborn help mandated. If there has been a mandate positioned into place, the court device will discover the daddy and garnish his wages for the youngster help, plus any back newborn help this is owed the mummy. they could even mandate that the daddy carry the scientific insurance on the youngster/toddlers. This not in basic terms holds genuine for a lifeless-beat dad, it is going to additionally carry genuine for a lifeless-beat mom.

If you have the evidence that you paid for the child and evidence that the child is not yours, you can sue to get your money back.

If he knew he was really that child's father then yes but proving it will be hard. Unless you have witnesses.
