  • Country Code Domains - does it matter?

If you are searching for a product, service or information does the domain name extension matter to you.

Would you choose to visit a domain with your ccTLD ( .us, .ca, .de, etc.) before the .com?

It seems that ccTLD's are becoming much more popular (if commercials on tv and in print are any indication). Is this simply a result of all the good .com's having been registered?

Form of payment? Escrow? PayPal? Bank wire? Other?

Do you feel you got a good deal?

  • Social Networking & Site Promotion?

Thinking that one or more of the social networking sites like MySpace or FaceBook might a viable means of promoting one of my websites.

I have no experience with any of them and don't know which might be most effective or if any would make sense.

The site I want to promote is http://www.canadiandots.ca/ and is a forum for the discussion of the .ca Canadian domain name market.

Any suggestions for which social networking site would be best to use and/or guides as to how to go about it would be appreciated.
