Is this considered black or white thinking or something else?

I know black or white thinking is considered common and normal. I am just wondering what would you call someone if they met anyone who treats them with respect or kindness as amazing people overall but people who treat them with disrespect as evil or vicious humans.

I just want to elaborate a bit and say imagine someone who thinks anyone treats them with respect or kindness is a good person regardless if that particular person is a vicious wanted criminal or not

Oh i mean a person who describes people that treat them with respect as good people regardless being a criminal or not but thinks of people who dislikes them as evil or vicious with horrible intentions
