Why am I not losing weight?
I am insanely insecure about my body. No matter what I look like, all I see is a fatty in the mirror. I am 20 years old, 5"9, and 179 lbs. I only eat 1,000 calories a day, which should make me lose weight, but it does not. I am 15.7% fat and 48% muscle. Why can't I lose the fat?
