For some reason the sunny weather puts me in a bad mood. Is there an explanation for that?

    This is just backwards from what it is supposed to do.  You may have other issues that contribute to this.  Usually it is more complex than just one issue.  Look for other things that make you feel the same way.

    Its harder to stay in the house and not do anything when its sunny outside.
