Are there any vitamins or supplements that help suppress hunger?

I've gained lot of weight during this year, and i can't seem to stop overeating or craving bad or junk food

    People tend to overeat when they're bored or stressed. Do something that gets you away from easily available food and find something to occupy your time. That will help a lot.
