I need some help with my exercise?

I'm like 5'10 or 5'11 and weigh about 136lbs, I do 60 push-ups, 3 mins of butterflies(via total gym on its highest level), 60 pull ups to workout my trapezius with 20lb dumbbells, then about 60 curves with a 25lbder, after that I work on my lower body by doing 60 leg raises and sometimes I may do some sit-ups(50-60)after that. But they seem to not, you know "stick" so my question is how to make the muscles ''stick". I have long work hours so I try to get in what I can. I tend to workout on average about 4 to 5 days out of a week, most of time i only do half of these exercise because of time. So any tips anybody?

    Pull ups don't work your traps. They work your lats and biceps. You can't do upll ups with dumbbells. Do you mean shrugs?

    Leg raises work your abs, not legs.

    Have no idea what you mean by "stick".
