Would a man get 50 50 custody of a 12 month old who breastfeeds 3xs at night? Mom has a restraining order on him and proof of bad behavior.?

Update:

He was arrested for domestic abuse but charges were dropped to a disorderly. During the no contact order he made contact so he was arrested for that and charges are pending on that. She has a restraining order on him and he's abused his other 2 kids. Mom offered every other weekend after he takes anger management classes but he refused and is going for 50 50. Do you think it's likely he would get it?

Depends on the judge. A 12 month old should have been weaned six months ago.

if hes abused his other 2 kids y isn't he under megans law? second y didn't the girl know this before having a child w him
honestly if he abused his other 2 kids n it is proven true he wnt get single ounce of custody.
