Why have i gained weight suddenly?

I just went off my 1200 diet a couple of days ago, so I've increased my calorie intake to 1800. I've been exercising the same (weights every second day, and running 6km in between). All I've changed is my calorie intake, because I've reached my goal. Why the hell have i put on weight to fast?!? I will admit i have felt quite bloated lately, but i am scared that I have put it on in fat. And if so, I'm gonna have to keep dieting and get to a weight that's unhealthy. I certainly don't want to put on..

Because 1200 calories isn't a proper daily intake. Your body has felt starved and is now storing up reserves in anticipation of the next time it is starved. This happens to everyone that attempts what you have done. The key to long term weight loss is a change in eating behavior not starving yourself then returning to the same behavior that got you there in the first place!

That's water weight. Stay at 1800 calories. If the bloating continues, call your doctor for a referral to a dietician.
