How do you feel about fetishizing race?

I'm all for preference but it seems really weird to obsess and base physical attractiveness on qualities of a certain ethnicity. Like are they attractive as a person to you or is it just a "that's a fine specimen of that kind" mentality?

Yeah, I think it's stupid. I'm open for all races, but probably have a preference for women of my own kind (European). But I also know a blonde girl like this who is obsessed with black guys. She is also dating non-black guys, but is pretty obsessed with them. Also listens to Rap music and is obsessed over rappers ;)

We can't determine who we're attracted to, regarless of how general the determining appearance is. Personally, I find most African-American women really attractive, but it's just my innate preference.
