Is it possible for Black people to be racist or should they be excused from any form of racism?

There are three categories or levels of racism, individual, structural and systemic. Individual racism deals with personal beliefs, attitudes and actions towards others based on race. So from an individual standpoint, anyone can be racist, yes - that includes Black people. When you hear most people allude to the idea that Black people (in America) can't be racist, they're usually referring to structural/systemic racism, which refers to having the ability to collectively limit the power, rights, and opportunities that another race can have (e.g. the South's response to the Republicans Reconstruction efforts, Jim Crow, Apartheid, etc.). For some reason, they recognize that individual racism as "racism" for White people but "prejudice" for Black people (therefore less serious), probably due to historical connections to the term... a misconception that makes discussing racism in a more broader sense to be fairly difficult. But it also doesn't help when people of any ethnic group pretend to not recognize racism from within their "community" but are eager to recognize it in others. From my observations over time, many people are tribalist in the sense they'll defend/protect people from their ethnic group (against accusations of racism) regardless of how valid the criticism is, going so far as to say racism doesn't exist or that they can't be racist... but will be the first ones crying racism when the same thing happens but to them.

Here in Europe blacks have targeted whites for crime since they started coming after WW2 victory, and no police or court have ever charged them with racism.

It’s possible for ANYbody to be racist against ANY group of people. To excuse ANY people group from being racist means that someone could, and certainly will, eventually lose their life due to unchecked racism....racism in ANY form is wrong.

Black people can’t be racist or sexist or homophobic.
White women can’t be sexist.
Only white men can be racist, sexist, homophobic and transphobic.

Of course. Anyone can be racist - their own race does not matter.
I have known some native racists - and lots that weren't.

But if it's not possible then we can't be "excused" right? So the question don't make sense

Blacks are not holding white people back. They are fighting racism and white racist think they can escape karma. No you can't but you are not strong like black people physically, mentally or spiritually so will become extinct
