What can really make me stop procrastinating?

I keep pushing off my homework even when I'm away from distractions, I just don't feel like doing it, I quite feel lethargic nowadays and just want to get that diploma, but I just can't find the motivation. And please tell me something else than keeping myself away from distractions. I just wander off, daydreaming and keep throwing my pencil all around and I'm not actually choosing to act that way.

Get a grip on your mind and start to think about why you are indulging in self-destructive behaviour. Why are you not caring about your own success? Lethargy is just a symptom of some deeper dissatisfaction, maybe. Perhaps your inner being is longing for a more spiritual path? (this is not meant sarcastically). Try to find out what you really want from life, and then you will be better motivated to achieve that. There are clues in what you say - for example, "I'm not actually choosing to act that way" obviously means that you don't feel in control of your life. And what about daydreaming - what are you dreaming about? I guess you are young - there is time for positive change, towards a more fulfilling life, perhaps by changing your studies to a different subject.

My best answer is to make a basic outline of everything you have to do in your day. Give each task an alotted time, and make sure to allow for breaks. Try to get everything done in their time period, and if you don't... Stop that subject of hw, or whatever you are doing, save it until the end, and go to the next task. This really helped me with my time management

Oh but you are. The hardest part of any task is to start. What you don't accomplish now, you will have to repeat. People will look down on you. Get off your butt and get it done.
