How can I hang a clothesline in an apartment?

The problem is that I can only use very small nails and hooks in the walls. Is there any way to hang a clothesline indoors without causing damage to the walls?

Open your interior doors and run the line between them. You can also open the kitchen cabinets and run a line. Maybe use a combination of both.

I've made a temporary clothesline before by hanging rope between two chairs. Easy to do and you can move the chairs wherever you want without it being permanent, move them apart to keep it from sagging too much, etc.
