hi i weigh 180 pounds, and im 170 cm, i have a big *** and a huge stomach
how the hell can i lower my weight to become 160 pounds???
what is the most easiest way so i can do in the summer??
also i dont eat anything the whole day, except to granola bars, and i have gym in the morning

Eat Halal, no granola bar more than 1 in 24 hours, eat salad + fruit as much as you can at least 1/3 of your diet every day.
Eat papaya as much as you can.
Drink one glass of water before every meal.
Make 3 portion of your stomach 1/3 for food, 1/3 for water 1/3 for air.
Try to walk at least 15 to 20 minutes that you get sweat.
If you do that I hope much of your problem would be solved.

dont eat anything which is fatty...chocolates..want to loose weight..u have to sacrifise..and u have to eat healty food like fruits.vegetable..grains rather than not eating the whole day and end up eating granola bars....with exercising u should also have control over ur eating habbits and jst exercising u wont loose weight and drink loads of water...epescially the first thing in the morning beacuse it would increase ur metabolism rate :)

Run everyday for 2 hours. eat healthy no junk food,eat veggies, chicken, fish, no dairy products like cheese and milk, drink lots of water, Green tea is good, eat anything green a lot of green veggies burn fat, its easy as that don't listen to the people who say oh if you do this you can lose all that wait in 1 month its bull **** everybody's body works differently, your plan should be to do this every day as long as you do it every day the results will show.

Just eating one time a day will make you larger actually, eat breakfest and work out have a POWER BREAKFEST :)
